About the Domesticated Damsel

I'm mostly stay at home, sometimes working, Momma to two wild and beautiful little monsters.

I hold many different jobs and am a forever learner:

• I'm a hairdresser, body waxer, make-up artist, beauty expert.
• I'm a Lactivist. As a lactation counselor and educator, I strive to normalize breastfeeding, dispel breastfeeding myths, and help mothers establish healthy breastfeeding relationships.
• I'm a birth activist and doula, empowering women to take control of their bodies and birth experiences through informed consent and evidence based practice.
• I'm a crafter, sewer, and board game player.
• I'm a Mommy Blogger who loves sharing personal experiences, trials and errors, and parenting resources. 

I love my husband, my monsters, my Savior, and my life. I'm a stiletto-wearing, fashionista, lover of all things natural and holistic, crunchy-granola Momma.
